Adoption fee MUST be paid in full before a horse leaves our facility. Transport arrangements must be made within 30 days or a fee of $10 per day will apply to adopted horse. This fee must also be paid before horse leaves our facility.
As with any horse, soundness/health can not be guaranteed. We do welcome/suggest vet checks at adopters expense!

GO EASY BARS "EASY"

"Easy" is a 12 Y/O registered Quarter Horse gelding (we have registration papers and signed transfer). He was pulled from a local auction. He has been fully quarantined and is now up to weight and his feet are in much better shape. He stands at appr. 14.2 hands, is a sorrel with a star with no other markings. His sire is HEZA GO MO and his dam is CHARGE M TINTA.
He does have a lump on his front right knee but this does not effect his movement. We have labeled him as advance beginner friendly only because he can move a little quick. He is very sweet and is willing to please. He has been ridden several times and will make an excellent mount out on the trails for a smaller adult or child.
ERA BEAR NAKED LADY "SUNNY"

"Sunny" is a 7 Y/O Registered APHA mare. SIRE: BEAR KAT - DAM: ERA DEE DEE DINAH (we do have signed registration papers). She is sorrel in color with 3 high white stockings, full blaze and a white splotch on her belly. She stands at 14.1 hands. She was pulled from the Sugarcreek auction in Ohio. She has been fully quarantined and is now up to date on all vaccinations, has current coggins and is up to date on farrier care.
After several evaluations, she is now available for adoption. She is green beginner friendly and would make an excellent mount for a child. She is good out on trails, good for vet, farrier, bathes, clips, lunges, cross ties, good with other horses, low in pecking order. She is a mild cribber but is controlled with a collar. She does attach to her person very quickly and does everything possible to please her person. She has a wonderful personality and is very patient and kind.

ROGER

Roger is a 6 Y/O POA gelding (no registration papers). He stands at 12.3 hands and is white with mottling around his face and freckles throughout his body. He was pulled from the Sugarcreek auction in Ohio. He has been fully quarantined and is now up to date on all vaccinations, has current coggins and is up to date on farrier care. He cross ties, bathes, good for farrier and vet and is high on the pecking order.
This little guy has come a long way since his arrival here with us. He now has a very good solid foundation in his ground training and loves to learn new things. He does appear to have driving training but will need refreshed using a gentle hand. We are recommending an experienced home for him that will continue his training on a regular schedule. Although small, he is mighty and can get a little nasty in the pasture with others. We keep him in a smaller paddock by himself and he does fine.
NIKKI

Nikki is a 9 Y/O large paint pony mare. She stands at 13.2 hands. She was pulled from the Sugarcreek auction in Ohio. She has been fully quarantined and is now up to date on all vaccinations, has current coggins and is up to date on farrier care. She crossties, clips, bathes, lunges, good for vet and farrier and is high on the pecking order. She is a mild cribber but it is controlled using a collar.
She does ride and drive and is a cute mover under saddle. This is another excellent opportunity for an advanced beginner rider. She has a wonderful personality and just wants to please. She will only improve with a consistent work schedule!

Lakota is a 12 Y/O paint/draft cross mare. She stands at 15.2 hands and is very stout. She is up to date on all vaccinations, coggins and farrier care. She crossties, clips, bathes. Nothing seems to fluster this girl! She gets along well with others but will stand her ground if picked on in the pasture. She was used at a kids camp all summer and is very well broke. She loves going out on the trail. She is advanced beginner friendly and would also make the perfect hubby horse!

Scout is a 14 Y/O Appaloosa gelding. He stands at 14.3 hands and is nicely colored. He is up to date on all vaccinations, coggins and farrier care. He clips, crossties, bathes and is good for the vet and farrier. He gets along very well with others. Scout was used at a kids camp all summer and is very well broke. He is green beginner friendly and would make an excellent mount for a child moving up to a larger mount or a smaller adult rider. He has a wonderful personality and just wants to please!
BUTTERCUP AND HANK JR.

Buttercup is a 10 Y/O Shetland cross pony mare. She had a beautiful bouncing boy on April 17th. They have just been released for adoption and with all the inquiries, we are sure they will be snatched rather quickly! Buttercup is very well broke and would make a first wonderful trusty mount for a small child. Hank has mama's temperament and is very sweet and loving. We have taken this pair to several expos to raise awareness that yes, even small ponies are at risk for slaughter!
Hank has shedded out his baby coat and is now colored like mama and we feel he will get a bit taller than mama. Updated pics will be up in a few days so please check back!
